UP Government Inks MoU with Mexico for Investment in UP
The Government of Uttar Pradesh signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mexico to attract investments in the state’s tourism, infrastructure, and pharmaceutical sectors. The MoU was signed in the presence of Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh, and Samuel Garcia Cefalveda, Governor, Nuevo Leon.
The MoU aimed to strengthen economic ties between Uttar Pradesh and Mexico and promote growth in these vital industries. The collaboration aimed to leverage Mexico’s expertise and resources in the specified sectors, creating opportunities for mutual growth and cooperation.
“Both UP and Nuevo León are dedicated to development, and we are committed to carrying forward this tradition. Uttar Pradesh is a prosperous state in every respect. UP represents Indian culture. Uttar Pradesh is a very important place not only for agriculture, but also for the tourism sector,” said the Chief Minister.
This initiative is expected to lead to economic development and the generation of new employment opportunities in the state. The MoU signing represented a crucial step in enhancing international relations and fostering growth in the designated sectors, benefiting both Uttar Pradesh and Mexico.
