The 3rd Edition of Women’s Leadership Forum, 2019

IEIA in association with IAEE India Chapter, is organizing the next Women’s Leadership Forum at HITEX Hyderabad

The 3rd edition of Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) is going to held on August 02, 2019 at HITEX, Hyderabad organized by Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA) and International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE). The theme of the event is “Women’s Leadership Forum - Connect Now India” aimed at bringing in awareness in the industry to boost and acknowledge women as effective leaders and also to build up an ecosystem based on equal opportunities for all.

The first two editions of WLF have been successfully held in Delhi and Mumbai. As the aim of this initiative is to bring in more awareness about the benefits of inclusive leadership in the industry through a two way dialogue, Industry stalwarts including men and women professionals from the exhibitions and events industry would be participating in this one day program, which will help spread the message across the decision maker levels for bringing in the desired changes.

The one day event will have interactive sessions, story- sharing, panel discussions and inspirational talks in a fun filled environment. The discussions will be focussed on concerns and challenges faced by the women professionals in the exhibition industry, unintentional bias prevalent in hiring and appraisal processes across organisations, while exploring the ways to bridges these gaps.

Eminent speakers from within and outside the exhibition industry will share stories, inspirations, ideas and knowledge to empower women in the exhibition industry.
