ProWine Mumbai Brings New Flavors to India
Messe Düsseldorf India along with All Things Nice has expanded the ProWein Education Campaign to ProWine Mumbai with an aim to bring the wine and spirit fraternity together. The event in its new avatar will be held at St. Regis in Mumbai from November 17 - 18, 2021.
Messe Düsseldorf India has always been endeavoring to bring big ticket events to Indian shores and provide new innovative platforms for various industries in India through its shows. One such initiative was the ProWein Educational Campaign which was started in 2018 bringing wine and spirits industry in India through masterclasses, educational seminars, and promotional activities. Germany organizes ProWein every year and the international event became the inspiration for Messe Düsseldorf India to organize one in India.
The positive response that it got for the ProWein Educational Campaign in 2018 and 2019 along with the sector’s growth forecast gave enough incentives for Messe Düsseldorf India and All Things Nice to turn the event into a full-fledged trade fair with a comprehensive conference program as ProWine Mumbai.
Speaking about the event, Thomas Schlitt, Managing Director, Messe Düsseldorf India, said, “We are excited to include ProWine Mumbai to the family of the ProWein World. By doing so, Messe Düsseldorf India continues to adapt its global expertise in developing new subjects to promising markets like India. This initiative provides an opportunity to create a unique meeting point for the entire wine and spirit market in India, where the community and industry experts join to further cultivate the growth of the industry.”
Expressing his joy at joining the ProWine family of events, Nikhil Agarwal, Founder of All Things Nice said, “ProWein is the world’s largest trade fair for wines and spirits, and we are proud to be co-organizers of this prestigious landmark event series in Mumbai, India. By showcasing the best of wine, spirit, craft beer exhibitors, backed by truly inspiring and educational masterclasses, we strengthen the future development of the Indian market.”
