Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Nashik organized Property Expo 2022 at Dongre Hostel in Nashik from April 14-17, 2022, providing a much-needed breakthrough for realty sector in Nashik. The expo was inaugurated by Smt Bharti Pawar, Hon’ble Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare and Shri Chhagan Bhujbal, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister of Food and Civil Supply, Consumer Affairs, Government of Maharashtra. 

Over 70 builders showcased more than 500 projects located in Nashik with over 20,000 flats from the city limits. 

According to Ravi Mahajan, President, CREDAI Nashik, people felt the need for having their own homes during the lockdown period and it is the best period to buy now with rates being still stable. However, the rise in raw materials prices is a matter of concern and it will see an increase in prices in a big way. Presently, it is the best time for prospective home buyers to invest in their dream projects.
