International Jewellers Meet in Dubai and Doha Sets Stage for India's Premier Gem & Jewellery Expo
An International Jewellers Meetโ was organized by All India Gem & Jewellery Domestic Council to promote its forthcoming B2B exhibition, India Gem & Jewellery Show (GJS), in Dubai and Doha.
GJS will take place from April 2-5, 2024, at Mumbai's Jio World Convention Centre. The show is expected to draw over 15,000 buyers and over 400 exhibitors, featuring industry leadersโ educational seminars and trend talks.
Saiyam Mehra, Chairman and Convener, GJS, highlighted the strategic and auspicious timing before the Akshaya Tritiya and Gudi Padwa festivals, anticipating a good turnout of international participation. Similarly, Rajesh Rokde, Vice Chairman, GJC, expressed expectation of the event's success, stressing its potential impact on the sector. In alignment, Nitin Khandelwal, Past Chairman, GJC, emphasized the showโs role as a premier networking platform. Abdul Nazar, Director, GJC, underscored the Middle Eastโs pivotal role in driving demand for Indian gems and jewelry.
