India Smart Utility Week 2022 Went Well
The 8th edition of India Smart Utility Week (ISUW 2022) organized by the India Smart Grid Forum held on virtual platform was a success. ISUW 2022 Conference and Exhibition was inaugurated on March 2 by Shri Bhagwanth Khuba, Hon'ble Minister of State for New and Renewable Energy, Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.
The international conference and exhibition on smart energy and smart mobility drew visionary leaders, utility CEOs, regulators, policy makers and subject matter experts from 60+ countries.
The event attracted 2700+ delegates including 700+ utility officials from India and overseas with close to 400 speakers sharing their experiences. ISUW 2022 was a sound platform for interaction among various stakeholders.
Digitalization of utilities, digitalization roadmaps, regulations for the evolving green grid, cyber security for digitalized grids, power system flexibility, electric vehicles, and many more concepts were discussed.
I2 focused workshops and roundtables on various important topics such as Empowering Women in Power and Water Sectors (In Partnership with WePOWER); Workshop on Optimization of Levelized Cost of Green Energy (In Partnership with Schneider Electric); Smart Communication Solutions for Smart Utilities and Smart Cities (In partnership with Telecommunications Standards Development Society, India (TSDSI) and Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC)); Workshop on Live Line Maintenance in Utilities (In Partnership with Hot Line Training Centre and Altec, Inc), and many more topics were held.
