GSSE 2022 Gives New Direction for Steel Industry
The Global Stainless-Steel Expo (GSSE 2022) organized by Virgo Communications and Exhibitions held at Jio World Centre in Mumbai from April 12-14, 2022, was a significant one for the steel industry. GSSE 2022 was the first and only steel event in the world for the stainless steel industry.
The expo was inaugurated by Smt Rasika Chaube, Additional Steel Secretary in the presence of Abhyuday Jindal, Managing Director, Jindal Stainless Steel Ltd. KK Pahuja, President, Indian Stainless Steel Development Association and Sanjeev Taneja, Executive Director, SAILโs Saleem Steel Plant. Chaube launched a vision document 2047 at the event. She urged the industry stakeholders to work towards making India a net exporter besides highlighting Ministry of Steelโs endeavours to increase Indiaโs use of steel and stainless steel.
