The 12th Die & Mould India International Exhibition has been rescheduled once again. TAGMA, the organizer of the show has announced that the exhibition will now be held from April 27 - 30, 2022. In a letter addressed to exhibition industry stakeholders TAGMA President DK. Sharma said, “the industry is still in the process of getting back to normalcy after an extremely challenging 2020. There is still a fair amount of uncertainty when it comes to people travelling domestically or internationally owing to the risks associated with coronavirus.”

Many Indian states are recording higher number of cases day-by-day. Moreover, since the beginning of the outbreak of the pandemic in India, Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) has been serving as a Covid Care Centre and there is still no clarity as to when exhibitions will resume on the ground. Exhibitors had raised their concerns over deputing their staff for manning the booths at the exhibition and given the increasing number of cases visitor footfall is also doubtful. People are reluctant to travel for exhibitions leading to major exhibitions, Indian as well as international ones being rescheduled.
