CREDAI FAIRPRO 2022, organized by CREDAI Chennai, from March 4 - 6, 2022, has set the ball rolling for real estate investments. The expo being held after a gap of two years unveiled the Real Estate Vision 2030. With the pandemic receding, the real estate market has shown significant recovery and the industry was looking to woo prospective buyers with lucrative offers. CREDAI FAIRPRO provided them a platform to do so with exhibitors offering special low prices for buyers. 

Builders presented RERA approved properties including villas, flats, and plots with prices from INR 25 lakh and above. Banks agreed to give special rates and offers and processing fee waiver as part of the exhibition. Leading lenders such as SBI, HDFC, ICICI, LIC, and many others participated in the show.
