CHEMCON 2021 in Bhubaneswar
CHEMCON 2021, an annual event of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers is being organized by IIChE-Bhubaneswar Regional Centre and CSIR-IMMT Bhubaneswar in association with the Institute of Chemical Technology-IndianOil Odisha Campus, Bhubaneswar in hybrid mode.
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated CHEMCON 2021. In his address Shri Patnaik spoke about the importance sustainable utilization of resources for the chemical and mineral sector. He said that the Government of Odisha has undertaken various measures to ensure sustainable leverage of natural resources to develop the state.
Patnaik said that the state government is concentrating on infrastructure led development and an exhibition like CHEMCON will further his governmentβs efforts in developing Odisha into a global player in the chemicals sector. Patnaik called upon entrepreneurs to explore more in Odisha and consider it as the next investment destination.
