Business Blasters Expo
The Government of Delhi, on March 5, 2022, organized the first-ever expo-investment summit under the Business Blasters program at Thyagaraj Stadium in Delhi. Over a hundred teams from Delhiβs government schools showcased their entrepreneurial ventures.
Security alarm systems for home, digital visiting cards, a model to help prevent drunk driving, home dΓ©cor items, organic fertilizers, and many more innovations were presented to potential investors and venture capitalists. Investors who were interested in the projects signed letters of intent for the projects they were keen on.
The Business Blasters incubation cell at the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University will take up the conversations further for striking amicable deals.
Business Blasters project is a practical component of the EMC curriculum for classes XI and XII, where students are given seed money (INR 2000 each) to build on an idea that generates profit or solves a social problem. The program was launched by the Delhi government in September 2021 to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship among school students.
