Bonjour India from April 12
After a prolonged two years Covid induced gap, cultural exchange between France and India will be underway as the fourth edition of Bonjour India begins in Bengaluru from April 12, 2022, at Bangalore International Centre. Organized by Ambassade De France En India, Institut Francais and AllianceFrancaise India, more than 100 events across 19 cities from April to June will be held, as announced by the French consulate in Bengaluru.
Celebrating partnership between India and France, science, literature, performing arts, photography, cinema, art, gastronomy, etc. will be showcased. This is a historic occasion as India is celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (75 years of independence). Speaking about the event, Thierry Berthelot, Consul General of France in Bengaluru said that exclusive photography of prominent French photographers who have settled in India since the mid-19th century will be featured making this a memorable event.
