National Book Trust (NBT), Ministry of Education, Government of India in association with Khalsa College is organizing a nine-day literary festival which will continue up to March 13, 2022, at the Khalsa College campus in Amritsar, Punjab. The book fair was inaugurated on March 5 by Shri Banwarilal Purohit, Hon’ble Governor of Punjab. Yuvraj Malik, Director, National Book Trust was also present on the occasion. Speaking during the inauguration ceremony, Shri Purohit said that National Book Trust has been working towards making every section of the society knowledgeable. It has delivered books across India under the Har Haath Ek Kitaab initiative as per the National Education Policy.

The Amritsar Book Fair 2022 presents a plethora of literature by the NBT and is offering a 10 percent discount on all its books at the fair.
