Yogesh Mudras leads India operations of UBM plc , (headquartered in London) focusing on strategy, business development and managing key client relationships.

His responsibilities include handling an extensive portfolio of businesses which include large format B2B exhibitions, conferences, seminars, business magazines, web portals & Business Intelligence,  serving multiple key markets which include Pharmaceuticals, Jewellery, Security and Homeland  Security, Occupational Safety, Energy, Nuclear Energy, Furniture, Food & FMCG, Beauty &  Healthcare, Hospitality & Tourism amongst others.

Prior to current role, he was the Finance Director of UBM India for over five years, successfully managing major acquisitions, international business, business development & database management.

His previous organisation was VFS Global (part of Swiss based Kuoni Travels) in the travel & tourism sector wherein he was the Assistant Vice President Finance and was instrumental in successfully negotiating the global visa outsourcing contract of UK Government Foreign & Commonwealth Office

which established VFS’s presence in 42 countries across the globe. Prior to that, he has worked in the shipping industry, heading Finance for Western India for the Japanese shipping major, Mitsui  OSK Lines.

Yogesh started his corporate career in the year 1998, with the biggest shipping company in India, Shipping Corporation of India in the government sector and was responsible for annual financial statements, audits & automation of systems & processes.

Yogesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant & a Certified Public Accountant (USA). He completed his Business Leadership Programme from the Duke University (USA). He is a Law Graduate and a Bachelors of Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also an Associate Member of Insurance Institute of India, specialising in Marine Insurance & a certified ISO 9001 auditor.

Yogesh is an ardent sports follower. He loves swimming & plays tennis regularly
